This is a classic hot dog recipe from Arizona, inspired with Mexican ingredients. Perro Caliente, of course, being the literal translation of hot dog' into Spanish.

Method:

Bring a pan of water to a boil, add the hot dogs and cook for about 8 minutes, or until the hot dogs are plump and heated through.

Spread the tortilla with the refried beans, Mexican-style rice, salsa, cheese and onion. Add the hot dogs, roll the tortillas up and serve.
