Welcome to the summary page for FabulousFusionFood's Chinese recipes, part of Asia. This page provides links to all the Chinese recipes presented on this site, with 172 recipes in total.
This is a continuation of an entire series of pages that will, I hope, allow my visitors to better navigate this site. As well as displaying recipes by name, country and region of origin I am now planning a whole series of pages where recipes can be located by meal type and main ingredient. This page gives a listing of all the Indian recipes added to this site.
Following waves of emigration in the 19th and early 20th centuries Chinese cuisine has become a truly global form of cookery, with traditional Chinese cookery techniques applied to local ingredients. Thus as well as traditional cuisines of the various regions of China there is also an internationalized form of Chinese cookery. All these distinct traditions (all of them coming under the umbrella of 'Chinese Cookery') are represented here.
These recipes, for the major part, originate in China. Otherwise they are fusion recipes with major Chinese components or are international Chinese dishes.
