Sertesporkolt (Pork Porkolt)

Ingredients:

900g pork, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
1 large, ripe, tomato, chopped
4 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste

Method:

Heat the oil in a pan and use to fry the pork, onions and bell peppers until the meat is well browned. Add the paprika and season to taste with salt and black pepper then stir in the tomato.

Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the tomato breaks down and releases its juice then serve accompanied by rice or pasta.
