Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves, minced
500g king prawns, peeled
1 large onion, finely diced
100ml red palm oil
15 okra, sliced into thin rounds
salt, to taste
2 tomatoes, finely diced

Method:

Heat the red palm oil in a pan then stir in the tomato, onion and garlic. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for about 20 minutes until you have a sauce.

Add the prawns and okra rounds and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the prawns are pink and heated through.

Serve hot with rice.
