Welcome to the summary page for FabulousFusionFood's Cook's Guide entry for Lychee along with all the Lychee containing recipes presented on this site, with 5 recipes in total.

This is a continuation of an entire series of pages that will, I hope, allow my visitors to better navigate this site. As well as displaying recipes by name, country and region of origin I am now planning a whole series of pages where recipes can be located by meal type and main ingredient. This page gives a listing of all the Lychee recipes added to this site.

These recipes, all contain Lychee as a major wild food ingredient.

Lychee (also known as Litchi or Laichi) are the fruit of Litchi chinensis a tropical fruit tree of the Sapindaceae (soapberry) family which is native to southern China. The fruit is a drupe, 3–4 cm long and 3 cm in diameter. The outside is covered by a red, roughly-textured rind that is inedible but easily removed. The inside consists of a layer of sweet, translucent white flesh, rich in vitamin C, with a texture somewhat similar to that of a grape. The seed itself is slightly poisonous and should not be consumed.

The alphabetical list of all Lychee recipes on this site follows, (limited to 100 recipes per page). There are 5 recipes in total:
