Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
100g fresh lychees, peeled, pitted and sliced (weigh after preparing)
100ml soy milk
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp freshly-grated nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp freshly-grated ginger
Method:
Combine the banana, lychees, soy milk and spices in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth (if it's too thick then add a little more soy milk). Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
