Ingredients:
2 ¼ firm white fish.
½ tsp Creole Seasoning
250ml water
1 tsp butter or margarine.
1 medium onion, cut into large chunks.
1 small tomato, chopped
1 ½ tsp vinegar
4 1/2 tsp lemons or lime juice
1 lime, sliced.
¼ tsp salt
Method:
To cook the fish, combine all the ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce the heat, simmering for 20 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
