Pear Raspberry Smoothie: Classic American recipe for a drink made from a blend of pear, soy milk, raspberry concentrate and lemon juice served in a tall glass garnished with fresh raspberries.
Ingredients:
1 large pear, chopped
160ml soy milk
60ml raspberry concentrate
1 tsp lemon juice
chopped pecan nuts, to garnish
Method:
Combine the pear, soy milk, raspberry concentrate and lemon juice in a blender. Process until smooth and thick then pour into a tall glass. Garnish with the chopped pecan nuts and serve.
