This is a classic Armenian dip/salad that is typically used to accompany Armenian meat pizzas, Lahmajoun.

Ingredients:

480ml plain yoghurt, drained
2 garlic cloves, punded to a paste with a pinch of salt
1 tsp dried mint, crushed
1/2 tsp tarragon, crushed
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 small cucucmbers, peeled, de-seeded and finely diced
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, refrigerate to chill for 2 hours and serve.
