Ingredients:

250g spaghetti
200g sun-dried tomato and garlic pesto
120g Parma ham, shredded
125g frozen (or fresh) garden peas
2 tbsp crème fraîche
freshly-grated Parmesan cheese, to garnish
shredded basil leaves to garnish

Method:

Cook the pasta in plenty of lightly-salted water to your liking. Meanwhile, add the pesto to a pan, heat gently then add the grème fraîche, Parma ham and peas. When the pasta is ready add a small ladleful of the cooking water to the pesto mix. Add the pasta back to the cooking pan and tip the pesto sauce on top.
