4 beef hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
Yellow mustard to taste
Ketchup to taste Pickle relish to taste
Diced onions or shredded lettuce (optional)
Method:
Pre-heat your barbecue or grill to medium-high.
Once hot place your hot dog sausages on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are lightly charred and heated through.
During the last minute of cooking, place the hot dog buns on the barbecue grill to toast them lightly.
Remove the hot dogs and buns from the grill. Place each hot dog in a bun. Spoon the relish to the side of the hot dog then top with mustard and ketchup.
