Ingredients:

200g Aduki (Adzuki) beans
1l water
1 strip kombu seaweed or nori
1/4 tsp salt

Method:

Simply boil the ingredients until the aduki beans are soft. Strain and serve with rice.

For a sweeter and richer version add 300g of diced butternut squash.
