Traditional Spaghetti Bolognese: Classic Italian recipe for a dish of spaghetti pizza served with a beef, vegetable and tomato ragu sauce.
Ingredients:
1 batch traditional bolognese sauce
350g spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
freshly-grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
Method:
Begin by preparing the bolognese sauce according to the recipe.
Bring a pan of lightly-salted water to a boil, add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 minutes, or until al dente.
When ready, drain the spaghetti and place in a serving dish. Stir in the butter then pour over the Bolognese sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese very generously over the top and serve hot.
