1 turnip (about 400g), peeled and cut into 2cm dice
600g meat cut into 2cm dice
1.2kg greens (collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens or a mix)

This is a meal best prepared in a pressure cooker. Clean the greens thoroughly and tear the leafy parts from the midrib. Tear the leaves into pieces then put into your pressure cooker (scatter the meat and turnip amongst the greens. Add the chicken stock and pressure cook the contents. It usually takes about 15 minutes to cook this dish in a pressure cooker.

Once done, chop-up the contents of the pressure cooker (do not drain), arrange on a plate and serve with corn bread and rice.
