Method:

In a large pan, heat a little oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic for about 6 minutes, until soft and lightly browned around the edges.

Add the meat and fry until lightly browned on all sides. Next add the prepared vegetables and potatoes and fry briefly.

Scatter over the bouillon seasoning then pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the meat is tender.

Season with fresh herbs, salt, and freshly-ground black pepper then serve.
