This is a classic Cape Malay dish that is typically served for a light supper.

Method:

Prepare the mince curry according to the recipes then prepare the rotis.

Fill the rotis with just over 3 tbsp of the mince mixture. Fold over the ends of the rotis then roll up to enclose the mince mixture inside.

Serve two of the stuffed rotis per portion, accompanied by a little rice and a salad.
