Ingredients:
225g radishes
12 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
salt, to taste
40ml orange juice
20ml lemon juice
Method:
Trim the ends of the radishes then slice very thinly. Mix in a serving bowl with the mint leaves. Season with salt then pour over the orange juice and lemon juice.
