Peach Smoothie: Classic American recipe for a smoothie made from a blend of peaches, banana, vanilla yoghurt, fruit juice and rice milk shown in a tall glass with a peach.

Ingredients:

120g frozen peach slices
1/2 banana, sliced
3 tbsp vanilla yoghurt (non-fat)
60ml orange juice or apple juice
120ml rice milk (optional)
sugar, to taste

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse to chop then process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, add a straw and serve.
