Mango Smoothie: Classic American recipe for a smoothie made from a blend of mango, milk, vanilla yoghurt and ice cubes.
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
180ml skimmed milk, chilled
60ml vanilla yoghurt (preferably non-fat)
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
pinch of salt
sprigs of fresh mint, to garnish
Method:
Combine all the ingredients (except the mint) in a blender then process until smooth and creamy. Divide between tall glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with a long straw.
