This makes an excellent cooling drink on a hot summer's say and is suitable for children and adults, alike

Ingredients:

750ml milk
250ml arequipe (dulce de leche)
360ml crushed ice
pinch of ground cinnamon

Method:

Combine the milk, arequipe and cinnamon in a blender. Process until smooth then pour into a jug and stir to combine.

Divide between tall glasses and serve.
