Ingredients:
700g spinach, washed and chopped
400g tinned, chopped, tomatoes
120ml smooth (unsweetened) peanut butter
salt, to taste
Method:
Combine the spinach and tomatoes in a saucepan and heat until it begins to bubble. Season with salt then stir-in the peanut butter and continue cooking until completely heated through.
