Ingredients:
1l whole milk
4 or 5 eggs (depending on size)
100g sugar
ground cinnamon
Method:
Combine the milk, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until the sugar has all dissolved then add ground cinnamon to taste.
Pour the mixture into a non-reactive oven-proof dish (ceramic is best) then transfer to an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the custard has set completely. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
