Ingredients:

240g plain yoghurt
1/2 banana, peeled and sliced
120g frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries)
150ml soy milk (or any nut or grain milk [oat milk, almond milk etc])
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey

Method:

Combine the yogurt, banana, berries, soy milk, vanilla extract and honey in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth then divide between two tall glasses and serve.
