Ingredients:

1 Graham cracker cheesecake crust
480g cream cheese, softened (or you can use my home-made cream cheese recipe to prepare your own)
180ml orange juice
1 tin (225ml) sweetened condensed milk
300ml Cool Whip

Method:

Prepare the biscuit (cookie) base according to the graham cracker cheesecake crust recipe.

Add the cream cheese to a bowl then beat to soften before whisking in the sweetened condensed milk and the orange juice. Fold in the cool whip then pour over the prepared crust. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before removing from the tin and serving.
