Ingredients:
4 hot dog buns/hoagie rolls
4 hot dogs (beef or pork)
diced tomatoes
diced onions
2 avocados
ketchup
mustard
Method:
Boil or grill your hot dogs until cooked. Whilst they're cooking, chop your onions and tomatoes. Extract the flesh from the avocados and mash until smooth.
Slice your rolls open then layer onion and tomato in the base. Place the hot dog on top then layer over the avocado.
Finish by drizzling the mustard and tomato ketchup over everything, creating an attractive pattern.
