Cherry Vanilla Smoothie: Classic American recipe for a smoothie made from a blend of vanilla yoghurt, apple juice and cherries.

Ingredients:

250ml frozen vanilla yoghurt
250ml apple juice
400g frozen, pitted, cherries

Method:

Combine the apple juice and yoghurt in a blender. Process gently to break up the yoghurt and mix then add the cherries and blend until smooth. Divide between serving glasses and serve.
