Ingredients:

350g dates, pitted
100g sultanas
100g raisins
90g walnuts
2 tbsp sweet red wine

Method:

Add the dates, raisins, sultanas and walnuts to a food processor and render to a paste. Add just enough wine to form a sticky dough.

Line a baking tray with waked paper and drop the mixture in rounded teaspoonfuls onto the paper. Roll each drop with moistened palms into little balls. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until firm.
