Banana Smoothie: Classic American recipe for a smoothie made from a blend of banana, plain yoghurt and orange juic.
Ingredients:
1 banana
250ml plain yoghurt
250ml orange juice
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth, divide between two tall glasses and serve.
