Ingredients:
40g tofu
200ml pineapple juice
160ml orange juice
60ml plain yoghurt
1/2 banana
4 almonds
6 frozen strawberries
6 chunks of frozen pineapple
4 tbsp coconut milk
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Divide between tall glasses and serve.
