Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces (this not only makes it easier to eat but gives a larger surface are for more flavour to penetrate each piece).
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chicken pieces, frying for about 5 minutes, until nicely browned all over.
Add the chopped garlic and sprinkle over the curry powder. Stir to combine and cook for 2 minutes then sprinkle over the sesame seed mixture.
Season to taste with salt and freshly-ground pepper. Continue cooking, tossing in the pan until the meat is nicely browned and cooked through (about 15 minutes).
