Äggröra med lufttorkad skinka (Scrambled eggs with cured ham) a Classic Swedish recipe for a breakfast dish of scrambled eggs made with creme fraiche served topped by sliced radishes and accompanied by prosciutto ham.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
100ml crème fraîche
1/2 tsp salt
50g butter
pinch of freshly-ground black pepper
50g radishes, sliced
8 thin slices of prosciutto
Method:
Whisk together the eggs, creme fraiche and salt in a bowl. Melt the butter in a pan, add the egg mix and cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until the eggs begin to set and the mixture is creamy.
Season with black pepper then turn onto a plate and sprinkle over the radishes. Serve accompanied with the ham.
