2 nionyn mawr wedi eu tafellu
2 beren aeddfed wedi eu chwarteru
2 llwy fwrdd o fêl
1 llwy fwrdd o bersli wedi ei dorri
2 llwy fwrdd o olew i ffrio
Dull:
Cynheswch yr olew mewn padell ffrio fawr yna ychwanegwch y nionod a'r selsig a ffriwch, gan droi yn aml, am tua 15 munud.
Ychwaedwch y ddwy bêr yna cymysgwch i fewn y persli a'r mêl. Coginiwch am 15 munud, gan droi y gymysgfa bob hyn a hyn, nes fod y selsig wedi brownio'n dda a choginio drywodd.

Heat the oil in a frying pan then add the onions and sausages and fry, stirring frequently, for about 15 minutes. Add the two pears then stir in the parsley and honey. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring the contents of the pan occasionally, until the sausages are well browned and cooked through.
