675g bacwn wedi torri
450g crimog eidion
1 bresych gwyn wedi torri
225g moron wedi torri
1/2 meipen bychan wedi torri
225g pannas wedi torri
450g tatws wedi torri
1 cennin bychan wedi torri
blawd ceirch

Dull:

Ychwanegwch y cynhwysion (heblaw y cennin) gyda 2 llwy fwrdd o'r blawd ceirch i sosban fawr a gorchuddiwch gyda tomen o ddŵr. Codwch i ferwi, gostyngwch i ledferwi ac ychwanegwch gaead. Coginiwch am ddwy awr, neu nes fod y cig i gyd yn dyner yna ychwanegwch y cennin a choginiwch am 10 munud yn ychwaneg.

Ingredients:

675g bacon, cubed
450g shin of beef
1 white cabbage, coarsely chopped
225g carrots, coarsely chopped
1/2 small turnip, coarsely chopped
225g parsnips, coarsely chopped
450g potatoes, coarsely chopped
1 large leek, coarsely chopped
oatmeal

Method:

Add all the ingredients (except the leek) along with about 2 tbsp of the oatmeal to a large pot and cover with plenty of water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook gently for about 2 hours or until the meat is very tender. Add the leek and continue cooking for 10 minutes then serve.
