Cook the onions with the garlic, cayenne pepper and butter in a pan until the onions are soft and tender (about 5 minutes). Blend the potato soup, cream cheese and milk together and pour into the pan then add the prawns and sweetcorn.
Bring to a boil, stirring often then reduce the heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
