Shirley Temple is the classic non-alcoholic cocktail that can be served for summer evenings or in place of more traditional cocktails.

Ingredients:

60ml lemon juice
15ml grenadine
15ml simple syrup
ginger ale
cracked ice

Garnishes:

orange slice
cocktail cherry

Serving Glass

Rock Glass (also known as a Tumbler or 'Old Fashioned' glass)

Method:




Old Fashioned glass

Combine the lemon juice, grenadine and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice. Shake vigourously until well chilled then strain into a tumbler half-filled with cracked ice. Top with the ginger ale and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry then serve.
