Sewer Soda is a traditional American recipe for a classic children's Halloween drink of chocolate chip ice cream mixed with soda. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic American version of: Sewer Soda.
Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature until it's easy to scoop. Take 4 tall glasses and half-fill with the ice cream than add about 3 tbsp of the chocolate syrup into each glass.
Carefully pour the soda over the top so the glass is almost fill then stir well with a spoon until the mixture is combined. Serve with a straw and a long spoon.
