Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, eggs, milk and oil. Whisk until smooth then add to the flour mixture then combine the ingredients to a smooth batter.
Heat your waffle iron and grease lightly with a little oil or melted butter. Add the waffle mixture about 120ml (6 to 8 tbsp) at a time and cook until the steam stops escaping and the waffles are golden brown (about 3 minutes).
