This is essentially a base recipe for overnight oats that you can adapt to suit your own taste by adding dried fruit, seeds and nuts, grated apple or pear or chopped tropical fruit; essentially whatever you desire.
The night before serving, stir the cinnamon and 100ml water (or milk) into your oats with a pinch of salt. Place in your refrigerator ready for breakfast the following day.
The next day, loosen the oat mixture with a little more water (or milk) if needed. Top with the yoghurt, berries, a drizzle of honey and the nut butter.
