A no-churn ice cream to complement many a dessert, drink or as a stand-alone treat.

Ingredients:

300ml whipping cream
125g sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
pinch ground cinnamon

Method:

Pour the cream into a large bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form.

Carefully fold in the condensed milk, Irish cream liqueur and cinnamon.

Transfer to a lidded container and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until solidified.
