Ingredients:
4 thick slices of bread, cut into fingers
100g grated cheese (your preference)
Method
Arrange the bread slices on a hot baking tray. Sprinkle the cheese thickly over the top then transfer to an oven pre-heated to 200°C and bake for about 15 minutes, or until brown and crisp.
Serve hot to accompany soup. Dependent on the cheese used, these can also be served as a snack or appetiser to accompany drinks.
