Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 mangos, peeled and cubed
1 ripe banana, chopped
250ml milk, well chilled
100g natural yoghurt
1 tbsp clear honey
2 passion fruit, halved and with seeds and pulp scraped out

Method:

Combine the mango, banana, milk, yoghurt and honey in a food processor.

Process the mixture until smooth then divide between four glasses. Garnish with the passion fruit pulp and seeds then serve.
