Rollóg bhricfeasta (Irish Breakfast Roll) is a traditional Irish recipe for a classic breakfast bun of a baguette or bap with a filling of sausages, black pudding, white pudding, bacon and eggs. Ingredients:
pork sausages Black Pudding White Pudding
back bacon Rashers
Eggs hash browns (optional)
Butter
Sauce(s) of your choosing
A baguette (large or small) or a large bap
Method:
Set a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add a splash of oil and use to cook the bacon, sausages, black pudding, white pudding, eggs and hash browns (if using).
Whilst the other ingredients are cooking, split open your baguette then spread with butter and add any other sauces to it.
Once all of the fried ingredients are is cooked, assemble your breakfast roll in whatever way you see fit.
