Ingredients:
250ml apple juice
1 tbsp cinnamon syrup
whipped cream
caramel syrup, to taste nutmeg, to taste
cinnamon, to taste
Method:
Add the apple juice to a pan and bring to a boil. Place 1 tbsp of the cinnamon syrup in the base of a heat proof mug (about 400ml) then pour the hot apple juice on top.
Top with whipped cream and pour a generous slug of caramel syrup over the top. Add more whipped cream, sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon then serve.
