Break the biscuits up in a food processor until you have fine crumbs. Add these along with the nuts and apricots to a bowl. Gently melt the butter and add the condensed milk. Still on low heat add the brown sugar and wait until it dissolves, stirring frequently. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press into a lined square baking tin and refrigerate until set.
