This is also spelled falooda and the 'faluda' in the name and the recipe refers to the specific style of thin spaghetti used.

Ingredients:

150g spaghetti (faluda), pre-cooked
3 scoops vanilla or pistachio ice cream
120ml cold milk
rose syrup or Rooh Afza
crushed ice
a little lime jelly (jello)
assorted chopped fruit and nuts (pineapple, apples, peaches, bananas, mangoes, pistachos etc)

Method:

Take 4 tall glasses and layer the ingredients in the order given.

Serve well chilled.
