Ingredients:

2 tbsp dried rose apples
300ml boiling water
sugar or honey, to taste

Method:

Place the dried rose apple pieces in a warmed mug and pour over the boiling water. Cover with a saucer and set aside to infuse for 10 minutes.

After this time, strain the liquid into a cup and sweeten to taste (personally I do not add sweetener) and drink.
