Cranachan is a traditional (and popular) Scottish dessert that's also known as 'Cream Crowdie'. This is a version using Drambuie rather than the usual whisky and incorporating that most popular of Scottish fruit, raspberries
Toast the oatmeal in a dry frying pan then whisk the cream to a soft consistency and mix the oatmeal and Drambuie into this. Spoon into tall glasses and serve, topped with the raspberries.
A very common variant is to use 180g of fresh raspberries in the mix.
