Ingredients:
2 tbsp raspberry jam
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp malt vinegar
5 drops hot pepper sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
Blend the blend raspberry jam, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, malt vinegar, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper together in a saucepan over high heat.
Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes until thickened. Bottle and store in the refrigerator.
