Rub the coarsely-ground black pepper all over the chicken breasts.
In a bowl, mix together the butter, half the basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a the marinade, cover and set aside for 30 minutes to marinade.
Drain the chicken from the marinade, place on your hot barbecue and cook for between 8 and 10 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Whilst the chicken is cooking baste frequently with the remaining marinade.
When cooked, roll the chicken breasts in the remaining chopped basil. Serve garnished with a sprig of basil.
