Ingredients:

8 slices of pork loin (about 25g each)
8 slices of ham
12 sprigs of dill
8 slices of cheese
4 sandwich rolls
Dijon mustard
sliced dill pickles

Method:

Split the rolls in half and spread mustard over the top half. Layer in the pork, ham, cheese, dill and pickles. Put the top half of the bread over the contents and secure each sandwich with two toothpicks.

Place each sandwich, top side down on a barbecue where the coals have reduced to embers. Cook for 1 minute then turn over and cook for about 3 minutes more on the base, or until the cheese has just melted.

Serve immediately.
